* Add 100-200kph speed benchmark
* DPF Pressure PID added
* NOX Pre/Post SCR PIDs added (for vehicles that support them)
* Boost control pressure PID added
* Charged air cooler temperature PID added
* EGT sensor banks 1 & 2 added (4 sensors in each, for vehicle ECUs that support it)
* Fix for user extended PIDs not updating if not connected to the OBD device. You can now make your own PIDs and when you’re not connected to an OBD2 device they will still update. Only user PIDs without an OBD request will update (the mode and PID field must be blank) – this has also been extended to the SSM, VW, and Arduino native protocols.
