GTalk client

Well, much water flowed in Odra since my last visit here... I know I'm not active for years now and lost my status without an explanation
However I'm looking for a Gtalk/Gmail client with sms support. Who remember me should know that I am nice google user and generally find which I'm seeking for. But in this case I found nothing. Anyone know such software? Just give me a name of it. For those who don't know me I'm not a Czech speaker. Translation only to Polish language is possible if it will help you
