This mean:Usage: unsis <sis file> <target path>
1.Run cmd.exe
2.Go to folder where you unpacked it (DOS command to change folder is CD).
3.For me convinient put a sis file you want unpack to the same folder, or you can write full path to file.
4.In cmd write unsis file.sis path_where_extract.
5.Have Fun!
